Also, please tell us whether you use Windows machines or Mac OS X, and when you would like to start your preview. When your request is approved, you will receive a return e-mail containing brief directions plus your user name and password for our FTP site. (If you have never used FTP on the Internet before, don't worry. It's easy, particularly if you are using Windows XP or Mac Safari.) In a few minutes you will have your requested programs downloaded to your computer at school.
